You MUST read the USER AGREEMENT and
REGISTER with us before we will process any orders for you.
Verification of registration information is taken very seriously. If you
place an order and do not receive it....either you did not register or you
failed to read the email we sent you stating that your registration was
rejected! Collectors interested in offering a trade should send an
email to the
BadgeMaster and include the name of the badge you are interested in and
a complete description including a picture of the badge you wish to offer up
as a trade.

RETURN POLICY
BADGES, BUCKLES & OTHER
INSIGNIA
A. We WILL accept Badge
returns under the following conditions:
1. We ship you
the wrong badge.
2. We ship you a badge that was incorrectly described as to hallmarks, etc.
3. You find out at a later date that the "Issued" badge we sold you is not
actually an
"Issued" badge.
a. This must be verifiable, most police departments and badge
manufacturers will send you a letter or email to this effect.
4. You contact us and get approval before you return the item.
5. You return the item and we get it.
B. We will NOT accept
Badge returns for the following reasons:
1. Your life partner doesn't want you to have it.
2. You decided you don't like it or can't afford it.
3. It doesn't quite fit into your collection.
4. The person you bought it for doesn't like it.
5. You got it as a present and don't want it.
6. At this point you should be able to come up with many more similar reasons
on your own.
PATCHES
A. We DO NOT accept
patch returns unless we made a shipment error.
